Assoc. Prof. Dr. Omer Faruk Kocak is a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon based in Istanbul, Türkiye. His main areas of clinical interest include rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, septorhinoplasty, facial aesthetic surgery, breast aesthetics, body contouring, gynecomastia, maxillofacial surgery and reconstructive procedures.
He completed his medical education at Marmara University School of Medicine, where the programme was taught in English. He continued his professional training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Göztepe Training and Research Hospital and Van Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Medicine.
During his academic and clinical career, Dr. Kocak worked in university hospitals, private healthcare groups and specialist medical practices. He received the academic title of Associate Professor in 2020 through the Interuniversity Council of Türkiye.

Hair Transplant & Dental Veneers Patient
I had both hair transplant and dental work done at Cygnus Clinic in Istanbul, and I can honestly say the whole experience was far better than I imagined.
Before coming, I had an online consultation where they estimated the number of grafts for my hair transplant. When I arrived and met the doctor in person, he examined my donor area and actually managed to extract more grafts than initially planned — all while keeping the density and natural look exactly right. The result already looks incredibly promising, even at the early stage.
For my teeth, I went with EMAX veneers, and the dental team was meticulous about shade, shape, and fit. They didn’t rush anything; I could tell they really wanted the final smile to match my face and look natural, not “done.”
The staff, nurses, my coordinators Yagmur and Ceren were genuinely kind and professional — not just during the procedures but afterward as well. They checked in frequently and made sure I understood the aftercare for both treatments.
